Shipping

• Where we ship: all 50 US states. Canada by invoice — choose Request an invoice at checkout or use our contact form, by phone at (586) 615-3226, or by email at [email protected].
• Shipping cost: free shipping on orders within the United States.
• When it ships: every jump is built to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for us to build and ship your order. In-stock items such as hobby horses and accessories may ship sooner.
• Delivery: once shipped, most orders arrive within about 3–7 business days.

Returns — United States

• Custom and personalized orders can’t be returned. Jumps and panels are built to order, including custom colors, names, logos and designs.
• Damaged or defective items: if anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
• How to start a claim: send us a message through our contact form, by phone at (586) 615-3226, or by email at [email protected] with your name, order details and photos.

Returns — Canada

• Return window: 30 days from delivery.
• What we accept: returns of new items, whether defective or not, and exchanges.
• How to return: by mail or at a carrier drop-off location. A free return label is included in the package.
• Restocking fee: 30% of the product price.
• Refunds: processed within 7 days after we receive the return.
